Since the beginning of Hardings Hotmix in 1986, Selwyn has held the position of Managing Director. Selwyn has brought a wealth of practical knowledge to the role, having worked in the civil construction industry since 1974. He continues to build a successful business through dedication to ongoing improvement and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Julie has been a Director of Hardings Hotmix since the beginning in 1986, managing the office and finances to ensure the business runs smoothly. Julie continues to oversee the financial side of the business and is the Return to Work Coordinator for Hardings Hotmix.
Sealing Project Manager/Estimator
Trevor joined Hardings Hotmix in 2008, taking on the position of Sealing Project Manager/Estimator. With over 25 years experience in hotmix asphalt and bituminous sealing, Trevor provides sound advice on the best solutions for all surfaces. Handling resources and scheduling in works, Trevor manages the sealing division of Hardings Hotmix and prices all sealing and reseal projects.
Civil Engineer/Project Manager
Jonathon is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 18 years industry experience. He has held the position of Civil Engineer/Project Manager with Hardings Hotmix since 2012. Jonathon has extensive experience in design, construction, contract administration and project management. Jonathon undertakes cost estimations, tender preparation, contract management and project supervision at Hardings Hotmix.
Project Manager/ Estimator
Scott was appointed the Project Manager/ Estimator role in August 2017, after working as a Team Leader in Hardings Hotmix's Civil Division since 2009. Scott brings with him extensive experience in the successful delivery of subdivisions, road and retaining wall construction and upgrades. Scott's industry knowledge, skills and ability to communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds and understanding has been an asset in the safe delivery of civil projects, on time and within budget. Scott undertakes; quoting, contract management, and project supervision for Hardings Hotmix.
Project Manager/ Estimator
Andrew joined Hardings Hotmix in June 2015, bringing with him over 25 years' experience in civil/ road construction, bituminous and asphalt sealing. With a wide range of experience, from ground level to business management, Andrew understands the needs of the customers and is able to think outside the box when coming up with solutions for project delivery, safety, environment and quality improvements. Andrew undertakes; quoting, project management and is involved in business development, including continual improvement of services delivered.
Linemarking Project Manager
Steven joined the Hardings Hotmix team in November 2018, taking on the role of Linemarking Project Manager. Steven has over 41 years' experience in the linemarking industry, including the tendering and managing linemarking contracts for; the Department of State Growth, local councils, road contractors, and private clients. Steven undertakes; quoting, project management, development and continual development of the company's linemarking department.
Truck Fleet Coordinator
Scott was appointed the role of Truck Fleet Coordinator in 2016, after working as the mechanic for the Hardings Hotmix fleet. Scott has a practical approach and manages the scheduling of the fleet to ensure smooth running of projects, with trucks arriving onsite within established timeframes. Scott has a strong understanding of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (NHVR) and ensures truck drivers and relevant parties understand their responsibilities, including; work/break times, load restraint, weight restriction, fatigue management and vehicle maintenance. Scott also manages the hiring out of equipment and is able to make recommendations on the best equipment and required capacity to undertake works.
Integrated Management System Coordinator
Sarie joined the Hardings Hotmix team in November 2018, taking on the role of Integrated Management System Coordinator. Sarie has worked in systems management for over 10 years and has extensive experience in environmental management. Working closely with Project Managers, Team Leaders and work crews, Sarie ensures systems are developed to suit the workplace, encourage continual improvement and comply with industry standards, established company procedures and identified client requirements.
